Creeative Leadership Coaching is not one size fits all. As creatives, we are all unique and see the world from a different perspective. It’s important to establish what's right and what's possible for you, your team, or your organisation, and then look at ways of achieving your goals. My leadership coaching style helps you to clarify your thinking, address entrenched thoughts, behaviours, and emotions, and turn thoughts and ideas into firm plans for action and achievement in the direction you wish to go and to take your team.

Firm intention and clear communication of those ideas is the route to achieving all our aspirations and aims. Clarity of thought in how we communicate with ourselves, and clarity of our communications with others, our teams, colleagues, and clients is a key focus of my coaching.  

My approach is to encourage and empower clients to reach their own conclusions and achieve goals they have set for themselves and their teams while they fully embrace their creativity. I also share helpful tools and skills, including mindfulness, self-belief, and creative methods for managing teams, setting strategic goals, and using creative methods and play to develop ideas and make plans.
